The High Dogs Hostel(“we”, “us”) operates this website at https://thehighdogshostel.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
We collect only the information you give us directly — for example, your name, email, and phone number when you email us or book a bed through our partner Cloudbeds. We do not run advertising trackers.
Bookings
Reservations are handled by Cloudbeds, Inc. When you click “Book now”, you are redirected to a page hosted by Cloudbeds and your data is processed under their privacy policy. We receive only the reservation information we need to host you (name, arrival date, nights, contact details).
Analytics
We use lightweight, privacy-respecting server logs to understand traffic (page, country, referrer — no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking). We do not set advertising cookies.
Your rights
